Who we are

This website, https://www.aixperto.com, is operated by Aixperto Vision Private Limited (“Aixperto”, “we”, “us”), Chougule Pride, Somnath Nagar, Pune 411014, India. We are responsible for the personal data collected through it. You can reach us about anything in this policy at biz@agilexprt.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
• Newsletter sign-up: your name and email address.
• Job applications: your name, email address, and the phone number, LinkedIn profile, CV and covering note you choose to send.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keeps them in short-lived server logs.
• Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine), and their approximate location, device and browser.
• Preferences: your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser. They are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics stores cookies on your device only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only basic, cookieless signals that cannot recognise you between visits. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
• To send our newsletter, if you signed up for it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates about them. CVs are stored privately and only our hiring team can open them.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We process this data because you asked us to (by sending a message, signing up or applying), because you consented (analytics cookies), and because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the website:

• Google — form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Google’s email service, and Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes the technical data described above.
• Supabase — stores job applications and CVs on our behalf.

These providers may process data outside your country. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and job applications for up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. We then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top when we do.
